About download.fan

download.fan is a free tool for saving public videos to your own device, and a directory of official download links for popular apps. We built it because most downloader sites are slow, covered in fake “Download” buttons, or ask for your social-media password. We don't do any of that.

How video download works

When you paste a link, our server looks up the public post the same way a logged-out visitor would, finds the video file the platform serves, and streams it straight to you. We don't store the file, keep a copy, or log the links you paste.

Supported today: TikTok, Douyin, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Dailymotion, Snapchat. We don't support YouTube or DRM-protected streaming services.

How the app pages work

Every app page links only to the official App Store, Google Play or the developer's own website. We check those links automatically. We never host APKs or modified apps.

Use it responsibly

Only download content you own or have permission to use. Read our copyright guide and DMCA policy.
