Terms of Service

download.fan is a tool that helps you save publicly available media for personal use and links to official app stores. By using it you agree to these terms.

You may only download content that you own, that is licensed for download, or that you have the rights holder's permission to save. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files and for complying with copyright law and the terms of the platform the content comes from.

download.fan does not host, store or cache any videos, images, audio or app files. Media is transferred directly from the source platform to your device at your request.

We do not support downloading from YouTube, from private accounts or of content behind paywalls or DRM.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may limit or block automated or abusive use at any time.

download.fan is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Douyin, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Apple or any other company whose products are mentioned. All trademarks belong to their owners.
