Frequently asked questions

Are US and UK gallons the same?

No. A US gallon is 3.785 litres and a UK (imperial) gallon is 4.546 litres. Both are listed separately.

How do I convert Celsius to Fahrenheit?

Multiply by 9/5 and add 32. 20 °C is 68 °F. Choose Temperature to convert either way, including Kelvin.

Which cup does it use?

The US customary cup, 236.6 ml, which most recipes online use. A metric cup is 250 ml.
