These are Unicode characters, not fonts, so they paste anywhere text goes. Screen readers may read them letter by letter, so avoid them for important information.
Fonts you can paste anywhere
Social apps don't let you change fonts, but Unicode includes special versions of the Latin alphabet, originally for mathematics, that look bold, italic, script, gothic or double-struck. This generator swaps each letter for its styled twin, so the result is ordinary text you can paste into bios, captions, usernames, comments and messages. Bubble, square, wide, small caps, strikethrough and upside-down styles are included too. Some styles have no numbers, so digits stay as they are.

Frequently asked questions
Why do some characters show as boxes?
The device or app is missing a font for those Unicode characters. Bold, italic and script are the most widely supported.
Can I use fancy text in my Instagram bio?
Yes. Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Discord and WhatsApp all accept these characters.
Is fancy text accessible?
Not very. Screen readers may read each letter separately or as maths symbols, so keep important information in normal text.
Is anything sent to a server?
No. The text is converted in your browser.
